• A one-time $99 setup fee is required before campaign activation.

• Sarty Agency charges a 30% commission on confirmed sales generated through creator collaborations.

• Payments must be made through approved payment links or invoices.

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Performance & Results

Our services are performance-based, meaning brands pay commissions only when sales are verified.
While we work to deliver high-quality partnerships, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales volume, traffic, or conversions, as outcomes depend on various market factors.

4. Creator Collaborations

• Sarty Agency reserves the right to approve or reject creators for campaigns.

• All creators must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and FTC disclosure requirements when promoting products.

• Brands must provide accurate product details and materials before launching a campaign.

5. Refund Policy

• The $99 setup fee is non-refundable once your campaign setup begins.

• Commissions are only paid out after confirmed and verified sales; no refund applies to performance-based commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, copy, and creative materials provided by Sarty Agency are protected under copyright law.
You may not use, copy, or redistribute any part of our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sarty Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data arising from your use of our services.
